Our CDD stand-on electric stacker is a full-electric stacking truck with integrated stand-on operator platform, available in CDD15 (1.5 ton) and CDD20 (2 ton) models. It features full electric travel and electric lifting, delivering much higher working efficiency compared with walk-behind stackers. This CDD series stacker is widely used for pallet stacking, loading and unloading in medium & large warehouses, production workshops and logistics distribution centers.
Constructed with forklift special steel mast, the CDD stand-on stacker owns high rigidity and stable lifting performance for long-time continuous operation. Multiple lifting height selections:1600mm,2000mm,2500mm,3000mm to fit different rack heights. The machine keeps compact overall dimension: overall width 900mm, overall length optional 2050mm or 2450mm. Fork length is 1150mm and max fork outer width 700mm, both customizable for different pallet sizes.
Powered by standard 48V20Ah battery, battery capacity upgrade is available for longer continuous working shifts. Ergonomic stand-on control handle brings simple operation, precise speed control and stable cargo lifting & lowering. Compact body structure enables flexible operation inside narrow warehouse aisles. Reinforced mast and heavy-duty lifting chain system guarantee safe and reliable stacking work.
