Our CDD A Series walkie electric stacker is a fully electric walk-behind pallet stacking machine, offered in 1.5 ton and 2 ton rated load options. Designed for indoor warehouse operations, it features full electric travel and electric lifting to greatly reduce manual labor for pallet stacking, loading and unloading tasks. This walkie stacker is widely adopted in small to medium warehouses, production workshops, retail storage and distribution centers.

The 1.5-ton model adopts thickened 8mm C-type steel mast; the 2-ton version uses No.12 special forklift steel mast for stronger load-bearing performance. The load center is 500mm for both models. Multiple lifting height options from 1600mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm up to 4000mm to match different rack heights. Fork length, fork width and max fork outer width are customizable to fit various pallet sizes.

It is fitted with durable polyurethane wheels, including 21075 drive wheel, 12550 balance wheel and double 80*70 load wheels. Powered by 1.2kW drive motor and 2.2kW lifting motor, paired with 48V/20Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery (battery capacity can be upgraded). Adopting MOS stepless speed regulation system and electromagnetic brake, it delivers stable speed control and reliable, safe braking performance.

The compact body has a turning radius of only 1500mm, allowing flexible movement in narrow warehouse aisles. Travel speed reaches 4.2 km/h under full load and 5.1 km/h without load. Lifting speed is 100mm/s loaded and 135mm/s unloaded, while lowering speed is 70mm/s loaded and 110mm/s unloaded. Max climbing gradient under full load is 6%. The minimum fork height is 85mm for easy pallet entry.

Ergonomic walk-behind control design enables one-person operation. Low noise and zero emission make it suitable for indoor environments. With solid mast structure, stable power output and low failure rate, CDD A series walkie stacker is a reliable and cost-effective solution for frequent medium-load stacking work.
